We have always dreamed of making the Heritage Barn a space that not only hosted gorgeous weddings but also a place that our community could enjoy. We are huge supporters local businesses and our cute little town of Hamilton, New York.
Our first community event, July Jam, was a huge success! We could not believe that our first event SOLD OUT! We welcomed families and friends from all around our community to join us for an evening filled with music, food, and good times on July 1st from 6-10pm. Our venue was transformed into a lively gathering spot, with local vendors selling delicious treats and refreshing drinks.

We were thrilled to be able to bring our community together to celebrate the 4th of July, and there was no better way to do it than with a good old-fashioned barn party.
Two live music performances filled the barn with upbeat tunes that had everyone dancing and singing along. A special thank you and shoutout to our hometown musicians, Blaine Holcomb and Chris Eves & the New Normal, for setting such a fun vibe the whole evening!
One of the best things about July Jam was that it focused on supporting our local vendors. We were served wonderful barbecue from the Ray Brother's BBQ food truck and giant and delicious ice cream cookie sandwiches made by Maxwell's Chocolates & Ice Cream with Flour & Salt Bakery cookies! 😋 Ray Brother's also provided a cash bar of beer, wine, ciders, and seltzers! Take Heart Event Design & Décor setup the most wonderful balloon arch and Silo Flower Co. adorned the tables with festive floral arrangements!
We wanted to use this opportunity to support as many local businesses as possible by teaming up with the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. Chamber members had the opportunity to join our July Jam Discount Pass and offer exclusive discounts to all July Jam ticket holders for the holiday weekend. Ticket holders were given a festive bracelet at the door that they could take around to the participating businesses around town for their discounts. We had a total of 14 businesses participate! It was a great opportunity for our community to come together and support the people who make our area so special. A special thank you to Chelsea with Home Town Events for helping us plan and organize the whole event and to Hannah with HF Photography for capturing this special celebration!
We're already looking forward to next year's July Jam and can't wait to see everyone again. We are thrilled to be able to provide a gathering space for the community to have a good time. Thank you to everyone who came out and made our first community event such a special one.
