You will have exclusive access from 10am, giving you plenty of time to get ready for your big day. At 10pm, the music stops and you'll have an hour to say goodbye to your guests before they depart by 11pm, with all vendors cleared by 12am.

When it comes to tables and chairs, mix and match from our selection to fit your desired wedding needs. Our wooden cross back chairs provide the perfect balance of chic and rustic charm. You can choose from our 5-foot and 6-foot round dining tables, six 8-foot rectangular accent tables, buffet tables and square sweetheart table. We also have other accenting fixtures like three vintage couches, King/Queen chairs, cocktail tables, wire wheels, and more!
Your wedding day should be exactly how you want it to be, which is why we offer complete vendor flexibility. You have the freedom to choose any vendors that you want. We provide recommendations and guidance, but you're under no obligation to work with any specific vendor. We're here to help you create an amazing day, starting with hiring the people you actually want to work with!

From a nature vibe in front of the trees to valley views overlooking our rolling field and a wild hillside featuring our vintage chicken coop. The Ceremony lawn is the ideal location for a truly magical wedding ceremony.

Celebrate your special day with our indoor ceremony option. With the charming, romantic ambiance and cathedral style arch of the Heritage Barn adorned with sparkling string lights and chandeliers, you're sure to capture those stunning ceremony moments. Whether you choose to eliminate the stress and worry of a wedding day with those less than ideal weather conditions or select the indoor option as your backup plan, rest assured knowing that rain or shine, your ceremony will be beautiful!
A fully seated indoor ceremony is available for events of up to 150 guests. For larger guest counts, we'll work with you to create an indoor ceremony rain plan that still feels special and romantic!

Indoor Restrooms
We have brand new, full-service restrooms located inside the barn. The ladies room has two stalls and two sinks. The men's room has one stall, two urinals, and two sinks. Both restrooms are fully ADA compliant.
Planning Assistance
We are like your big sister during your entire planning process! We will help you by choosing vendors, creating your timeline, deciding theme and colors, and so much more! We are here to help you with the things that you may not know you needed to think of! We are also there on the big day to help make sure everything goes according to plan!
Preferred Vendor List
We are constantly meeting and working with new vendors so we've compiled a list of our vendor recommendations. Every event that books with us has exclusive access to our vendor list. We also work closely with you to recommend vendors that we think will be best for your style and vibe.
Handicap Accessible
We are fully handicap accessible, equipped with handicap parking, electric lift, and ADA restrooms. The ceremony site has driveway access so guests in need can be dropped off right at the ceremony. The Hop House is also fully handicap accessible.
Catering Prep Area
Our catering prep space is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, electric hot box cabinet, stainless steel tables, sink, and sufficient space for the catering team to settle in and provide a full service meal! We also have bagged ice and drinking water jugs available for purchase right on-site.
Fans & Heaters
We have installed ceiling fans, oscillating fans, and large barn exhaust fans to constantly circulate air and create a nice breeze through the barn. We also have a temp heater that pipes heat into the barn as well has an outdoor heater to take the edge off during those colder days.
Backup Generator
A backup generator is one of those things you don't usually think about and hope you'll never need but rest assured knowing that if the power goes out, the Farmhouse and barn are set and your event will have no interruptions!
Endless Photo Locations
There truly are endless options for photo locations on our property. You don't have to go far to get a diverse array of photo backdrops and scenes! Pose in front of our chicken coop, greenhouse, hop field, barns, fields, and so much more! Every photographer has a different vision and will scope out some great angles and views or we can give some suggestions of the tried and true spots!
Parking Assistance
On event day, our staff is on-site to assist all of your guests with parking and will direct them towards their next destination for the event. Handicap guests can be dropped off at the ceremony location or at the entrance and will be assisted utilizing the handicap lift if it is required.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Heritage Barn listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - $177

New York charges an 8% sales tax rate. Madison County also charges a 4% occupancy tax for all overnight accommodations.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.

Heritage Barn has no hidden fees. We do have some optional add-ons such as bagged ice, water jugs, trash removal, etc. but no mandatory fees charged later on!

A fully refundable $500 security deposit is added to all invoices and held until after the event in case of unexpected damages, last minute add-ons, or required additional cleaning.

We have a strict no after-parties policy in the houses.

Confetti of any kind is not allowed in the Heritage Barn. Only biodegradable confetti is allowed outside. Fresh or dried rose petals are allowed in the ceremonies, silk petals may not be spread or thrown outside.

We do monitor the noise levels for amplified music. We work directly with your DJ or band to ensure the music doesn't get too loud and disturbing for our neighbors. (It is rare that we ask to turn it down and you probably wouldn't even notice!)

Caterers are expected to take the trash at the end of the night. If they fail to do so, either they will be invoiced a $100 trash fee or it will be taken out of your security deposit.

Real flame candles are only allowed on an approval basis. We do not allow exposed flames. All flames must be protected in a glass cylinder, hurricane, or lantern.

All hard liquor must be served by a business with a valid liquor license and the proper permits must be purchased. (Don't worry, typically the caterer or bar service acquires all necessary permits so you don't have to!)
