A Vibrant Summer Wedding Weekend Celebration at Heritage Barn

Adrienne and Milo were married on August 23, 2025 at the Heritage Barn, and their wedding weekend carried a kind of joy that felt easy and genuine. From the first arrivals to the final late-night laughs, everything about the celebration centered on family, connection, and taking the time to be together.

Their outdoor ceremony took place on our ceremony lawn, overlooking the hop field and rolling valley views. Warm late-summer light set the scene as Adrienne and Milo exchanged vows surrounded by family and close friends. Bright, summery colors were woven throughout the day, with bridesmaids in mismatched but beautifully coordinated dresses in shades of pink, salmon, and soft florals. For the ceremony, parasol umbrellas were set out for guests to offer a bit of shade... a small, thoughtful detail that reflected how much care the couple put into the comfort of the people they love. As they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife, Adrienne and Milo marked the moment with a perfectly timed dip kiss and the kind of smiles that say it all.

Design details brought personality and playfulness to every corner of the property. Statement paper flowers framed the entrance, welcoming guests and setting the tone right away. Colorful floral elements appeared throughout the day, paired with bright patterned linens that added texture and energy to cocktail hour. We’re always fans of a patterned linen, and these worked beautifully alongside our white umbrellas, creating a look that felt layered, joyful, and classic.

Cocktail hour gathered guests around the outdoor Silo Bar, where an extensive hors d’oeuvres spread by Sunrise Specialty Catering kept conversations going and glasses full. During this time, Adrienne slipped away briefly for an on-site haircut, returning with a fresh, flirty look and ready for the dance floor.

As the sun dipped lower, we whisked Adrienne and Milo and their photographer, Aspen Sage Photo, around the property by golf cart for golden hour. From the hilltop to beneath the willow tree, the sunset portraits felt soft and fairytale-like, offering a quiet pause for the two of them to take it all in.

The evening continued inside the barn with a glowing reception and a generous dinner buffet. Heartfelt speeches filled the space with laughter and happy tears, making us feel like part of the family right alongside them. With DJ Deaf Geoff keeping the energy high, the dance floor stayed full well until the very end!

The celebration wound down back at our onsite lodging, where Adrienne and Milo spent the final hours laughing and unwinding with their closest friends and family, the perfect ending to a summer wedding weekend.
